We deliver this model within 7-10 days in the Netherlands. For other countries, it might one week longer depending on the shipping provider. We use Royal Mail delivery services from UK and DHL/PostNL from the Netherlands. Because we use Post envelopes to ship our products, there is no tracking available for purchases. Once you have purchased the card, you will receive an email via our design team to upload your own designs from here. You can also send your design request on info@swapkaart.com.
Make sure to send designs in the following size: 55x86 mm ( 300dpi, 3mm margin on each side) or 650x1016 px. Leave a small margin around the corners as well for best printing.
For the best quality, we recommend using high-quality PNG format or PDF file in two separate pages with front and back designs. Make sure to use good visuals and high-contrast colours. We will then print the pass in the desired design and program it. You will receive the NFC business cards at the indicated address within the specified delivery time.
Note: We use high-quality printers to design the cards but sometimes the colour may be slightly different after printing.

Can I design my own NFC business card?
Yes, we offer NFC business cards with custom design. You can order your card from here.
After checkout, you can send your custom design via email to info@swapkaart.com stating your invoice order number.
What are the design printing measurements?
Make sure to send designs in the following size: 86x54 mm. Leave a small margin around the corners as well for best printing.
For the best quality, we recommend using high-quality PNG format in two separate pages with front and back designs. Make sure to use good visuals and high-contrast colours.
Note: We use high-quality printers to design the cards but sometimes the colour or the size may be slightly different after printing.

Can I order more than 50 NFC business cards?
Yes, you can order as many cards as you want. For more than 50 cards, we provide additional support and discounts. Make sure to request a quote via our contact form.
How long does the delivery take?
Depending on the quantity of NFC business cards, we strive to deliver our custom cards within 1-4 weeks. All our cards are shipped from the Netherlands with PostNL.
