Anyone can have a Swapkaart on their phone regardless of the model you have.They don't connect to the phone they are on, they connect to the phone they are sharing information to. Even if you don't have a phone on this list, you can still use your Swapkaart by sharing the QR code on the card
Note: If your model is on the list but is not working, make sure that the phone has NFC turned on in the phone's settings.
